7 minute Meditation

The Meditation Practice Builder is a tool I created to help people meditate. It is NOT a style of meditation. It is a method or technique for achieving the state of meditation. The MPB uses 5 commands: 2 biomechanical/physiological, 2 sensory, and 1 energetic/attention command. It starts with a biomechanical/physiological command. Then one energetic/attention command. Then two sensory commands, and then one biomechanical/physiological command. The order of commands is intentional and is designed to produce the specific result of a meditative state. This is not the end of meditation... it is the beginning. That is why it is called the Meditation Practice Builder... Enjoy!
