Your Instructor
For the last 18 years, Brent has helped people to feel great in their bodies through teaching the practices of Yoga. When he first started teaching he was fascinated with sharing his understanding of how the human body works, and the incredible results this practice produces. But it wasn't all easy. Luckily, he had many great teachers and influences supporting him, which helped Brent to persevere and keep going. While solo home practice is regular for him now, it was one of the hardest things to develop...
So Brent got recordings of his favorite Yoga teachers to practice with. He found that when he had their voice instructing him, he would practice more reliably. And on down the path he went.
Today, though he still works with injuries and pain, Brent believes wholeheartedly that a movement practice, a sitting practice, a reading practice, and a writing practice are absolutely essential to his happiness and success.

Who is Oksana? and Why is she the Yoga model in this course?
9 years ago Oksana walked into my class. Since then, she has attended more classes, workshops, trainings, of mine than any student.
